Apps Custom DSP modules on android Apps

Hi All,

I have a custom audio Signal processing modules. I would like to know if it can be integrated on android app with mobile phones. The following sequence is what i want

encoded stream (mp3) --> decode using audio codec on android --> Custom DSP module --> Render to the speaker

As far as i know

1. Is it possible to get the decoded audio buffer at the app level (mp3)
2. Is openSL helpful in this scenario

Any help would be appreciated
