Root Custom Recovery Error

when im in custom recovery when time i hit the volume up/ down button this thing pops up saying "E :Cant open CACHE : recovery/log" Whats going onnnnnn

Reflash custom recovery and root access...

so i need to start back over from day 1

in over words will it wipe my phone

Nope, I have never in my 4 times of flashing recovery and root, needed to wipe my phone to do so.

yeah lol i did it and nothing happened, i would of deleted that post but i didnt know how to lol

well this has happened again..... i was installing the ext4 thingy and my phone froze on the boot up screen many times so i flashed it back to the rfs and there is a long blue error code that come up and my phone still freezes at the boot screen? whats going on
