Hi
So I followed the directions, and now my phone will not boot into custom recovery. I just get a blinking LG screen. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this problem? I don't know much about phones or programming, so be gentle.

what phone? did you try pulling the battery and holding the key combo to get into recovery? will it boot up normally?

I did try both. I have an lg optimus t, and the phone won't boot into recovery or normally. I just get an lg screen.

Sounds like a problem, but i dont see how anything in this guide could cause that, the only things it touches is your recovery (which can be deleted and wouldnt effect the phone) and it removes the file to install the stock recovery, also woulnt effect whether the phone boots up or not. Did you do anything else??

last week i rooted my lg optimus v for a wireless hotspot. I tried to flash a new recovery and then it turned off and now shows LG then turns to a black screen. HELP!
