Root Custom ROM Amaze 4g

Do you need adb to install a custom rom on an htc amaze 4g.? it's already s-offed and rooted with a custom bootloader.

I never had to use adb when I rooted my Amaze. I used custom ROMs and flashed different ROMs all the time. I am assuming you have a custom recovery?

Are you able to download the ROM to your sd card and then flash it via CWM? Assuming you do complete wipes before and nandroid backup your current set up before flashing?
