Help Custom ROM Suggestion

[SunMad30]

Hi All,
My brother is looking for a custom ROM that is known to improve phone speed, ¨a fast one¨like he said. He has done all his research about what to do before and everything but is just looking for a fast one. Any suggestions?

Since ROMs are device-specific, you'll have to tell us what device your brother has.

I don't know why he's looking for "a fast one" but I think "stability" is the most important factor to consider...
