hello im in need of dire help. Im trying to install a rom to my galaxy s4 on at&t on mf3 my phone is rooted but i need help i dont want to brick my phone!? please help

yes i know but i need to install cwm cause my phone doesnt have it and if you can please tell me on how to install cwm on my galaxy s4 or give me steps on how to do it im on mf3 at&t my phone is rooted
