Custom Roms & HUGE Battery Drain

Hello this is my first try to sign up on a forum for android so please don't mind me if i'm posting on the wrong section or whatsoever. So basicly why i'm making this thread is about the drainage of EVERY custom rom on EVERY single android phone I owned

Started in 2011 with my Galaxy S2 trying roms like CM or AOSP or other google stock android based roms. well any of them just drains. doesn't matter what is turned on or how the signal strenght was. so i was getting a note 2 after it. same story same drainage. after that the s3 s4 s5 mini. on All Devices HUGE battery drain. of all apps SYNC was turned OFF using 2G BBS Amplify greenify uh what do we have more. location gps bluetooth every thing that can be disabled IS disabled except wifi. wifi wasn't the point because i moved lot of times.. So i read that you have to SETTLE a custom rom for 3days or so. well that is has to be the BIGGEST EVER BULLSHIT I HEARD in my 4 years of android flashing. and on all the devices the drain stopped when i flashed stock back. IMMEDIATLY no settle bullshit. no matter wich custom rom. please anyone can help me?
why oh why are custom roms draining my batterys for over 4 years

I've always noticed a slight drop in battery life on aosp based roms over Samsung touchwiz based ones but nothing that drastic (gs3).
I guess touchwiz is just better optimised for the hardware.
Have you tried other kernels?

Yes i have tried stock based kernels or custom kernels with overclock and nonoverclock support. man i want to use stock android so bad. but i cannot live on losing 5 percent every 2/3 minutes. Also pple say but a new battery but if i flash touchwiz back then there is no sign of any drain anymore. flashed a different modem searched the modem that my country uses. also releasing SD card wont help. checking Gsam battery monitor last days saying media server is draining Audio2_out. (in) so i turned off touchsounds. even on airplane mode it goes like 2 % on 2 5 minutes while just using whatsapp
im using a Galaxy S4 LTE I9505 atm running 4.3 google edition rom.

Are you doing a full wipe before/after flashing? 5% every few minutes is really bad and it does sound like a kernel problem. What roms and kernels have u tried?
For Samsung kernels I recommend Boeffla or Lean (if available for your model)

For my previous phones i dont remember them well i just used the kernel that the custom rom installed. on my S4 i tried googymax or KTkernel Adam kernel. and stil looking for one
Basicly i just want android 4.3 stock jelly bean (i like the layout of android 4.3) and have no battery drain
Google service was a huge drain. i dont know why if i flash stock touchwiz back everything is back to normal? no drains no services running crazy or something..
So if i flash a samsung kernel on lets say google play edition rom would that solve it? im gonna try it.
Before i flash i Wipe factory reset dalvik cache data and to try also flashed system but that didnt matter
