Is there an app to set custom vibrations? I'd like phone calls to buzz, email to buzz buzz, and sms to buzzzzzzzz.

You can use light flow. It has a vib pattern feature, you won't be able to change the led light to any fancy color but definitely has the change vib pattern feature
