Help Customising Home with Android 4.0.4

[kenr1]

Hello,
I just upgraded to Android 4.0.4 - ok, to be fair, it upgraded itself while I watched.
Anyway, I can't see how to Customise the Home screen now. For example, before I could have apps that I selected, like my email, open and available on the Home page. Now, the best I can manage is to have the email available in the Favourites tray.

Any advice?

Long press your apps in the app drawer and you can place shorcuts on the desktop.
