Customize App Drawer app?

Hello everyone
I am trying to find a alternate Launcher app for my S3 Mini, because Touchwiz slows everything down. I have gone through a lot of Launchers by now but in none of them I found a way to customize the app drawer like in Touchwiz. Is there such thing or will I have to stick with it?
Im not talking about customizing icons, but the way they are in the launcher, like putting them in folders and dragging them around and leaving spaces at the end of the page.

Anyway to make this happen in a custom ROM without touchwiz? (as it is the main reason of why I am still using stock rom)

Did you try ,"Holo Launcher".I don't think it does exactly what you want but I love it as I can stack Apps and have 3 slideable lockers at the bottom of my screen.

Yeah I have tried a LOT of launchers and didn't find any with this kind of feature.
But if I needed to choose I would go with Nova Launcher or Holo Launcher HD (they are almost the same)
 
You can do it on Nova, but it's a little different. I also don't know if it can be done on the free version (I have Prime). App drawer folders are arranged in Nova Settings, under the App Drawer menu. In there, you can also set up Tabs, and what apps appear in Tabs. In comparison, the only two tabs in the TouchWiz drawer is Apps and Widgets. You can set this up in Nova to have more than these, like for example, you can put just all Google apps in one tab, all games in another, and all Samsung apps in another, and they will appear as scrollable tabs near the top part of the screen in the app drawer. This could replace the "select apps only per page" option you want. The difference is that TouchWiz is designed to handle the app drawer in a "per page" manner, while I personally haven't found any other launcher that does this, apart from Nova, Apex and Holo's app drawer tab feature (premium feature in Holo I think, not sure for Nova and Apex).
 
Yeah I have tried the Nova Launcher but it only supports this feature in the paid version, and even that isn't that perfect.
So I guess I will stick with TW.
