Customize pull-down options?

The thing where you swipe down from the top of the screen where it gives you the option to turn wifi, Bluetooth, etc. on or off. I know there's somewhere on this phone I can edit what those options are. Where is it?

I think you need android 4.1.2 or later

Not that I'm aware of. But if you get power toggles from play store you can add ones you want.
