Help Customizer has stop working

Hello
Some days ago, i did a reset on my phone, since i've been getting the error:
"Customizer has stop working"
i tried search on Google but only gave me cutomizing tips for android
Anyone who had this problem please help!
I'm using a Qilive Q4046 with android 4.2.2.

Have you tried to clear the app's data? (Settings, Apps, all, find Customizer, click Clear Data)
