Apps Customizing Menu Button to Display Application Settings

I wanted to make the Menu button on my Android device open up my Application's settings and allow me to edit it when I am inside the Application.

EDIT: Okay, I won't be so cheeky. I assume you want to know how to do this. Have you read the Menus Dev Guide? If you have, what specifically are your having troubles with?
