Root CWM & Gingerbread available for Venue on XDA

Hi,

I just purchased Dell Venue a couple of days ago and new in android. Currently my Android version is 2.2.2. Is it possible to upgrade this to Gingerbread or higher version? If yes, what is the procedure?
