Root Cwm Not Working

I made my phone root bootloader unlock did recovery.img cwm do everything correctly, did I got dbi err fatal error after the open recovery mode I installed the reboot application format and assign the help I fix may be a bit bad to me please my english

DB FATAL ERR!

Option: sd card ram dump mode.
bellwo push files to sdcard before the test,
rdcookie.txt, rtcookie.txt

Please do Following action.
1) ram bump mode. please connect USB
2) See the ram bump image using QPST configuration
3) if the sdcard enabled ram bump just wait for reboot.
4) ramdump collect files from your PC or from sdcard
5) send e-mail to my w5-bsp-global@lge.co
