dd if=/data/local/tmp/recovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p13

Is this flashable with the ICS update? The reason I ask is because I followed the instruction exactly but when I either use my reboot to recovery app or run the adb reboot recovery command, I boot up to a blue screen that says Enter the fastboot...
Enter the fastboot...

Long time no see!

and it won't do anything and the only way to boot up the phone is to do a battery pull.
