i installed all the drivers my phone was in charging only usb debugging enabled so i rant the cwm as and administrator and clicked 1 then i hit any key and this is wat came up

I don't think you run it as administrator. I didn't and it installed correctly

i got it guys thanks for yall help i was using windows vista and it workon my xp pc
