Not sure if you mean ClockworkMod Recovery or Rom Manager (which uses clockwork mod recovery)
Either way, you should register on the forums and post your question in the forum for your particular device. The method of installing a custom recovery varies from phone to phone and its very important to get it right.

Agree with the above. And of course your phone must be rooted first. but I will add to it.
Although for most rooted phones, the installation of Rom Manager will help facilitate the installation of CWMRecovery if there is a version compatable with your device. However, that reminds me, you should first go here:
ClockworkMod ROM Manager - Recoveries
And see if there if an Official version built for your exact device. Do NOT, I repeat, NEVER EVER flash, install, or whatever any custom recovery if it is not built for your exact make and model phone.
