Root Cyanogen 6.1 Update

I have just flashed the Cyanogen 6.1 update and now my phone is stuck in a bootloop!

Wipe?? I assume there has been a major change in the ROM, like the addition of Data2EXT??

How long did you leave it in boot? It took mine about 15 minutes before it reached the homescreen.

The Cyan circle was dissappearing and being redrawn for about 10 mins, I've pulled the battery and done a restore sp all is well. There are no special instructions are there?

I had this issue when I was trying to install through the ROMmanager. When I downloaded the rom myself and installed it from the recovery manually it worked.
