Root Cyanogen?

Well it looks pretty good, if it was stable i would try it out.

Yeah he's ported cm7 to a couple of other phones as well and did a real good job.

Do you know of any good cases that arent cheap made?

I've always been a fan of Seidio cases.

Also, for what it's worth, kmobs is apparently working on CM7 for the Sensation. Since he's an official CyanogenMod dev, I'd go with his over AOSP's when it comes out... plus his seems much farther along.

If you really wan't Cyanogen, its going to be a while, but if you want the UI of a ASOP Rom, then try these:

The Beast Rom v1

SuperLite v1.3


I'm personally using The Beast Rom, its nice UI and great speed are perfect for me.

There is ONE hiccup with CM7 for HTC Sensation that is causing the Nightlies to take so long. As posted around there is expected to be nightlies in 1-2 weeks. As for the completely bug-free version who knows. However; the nightly will be pretty close to perfect as a few devs, one in particular, have been using the work-in-progress as their main rom the whole time.
