Root cyanogenmod 10.1

Hi there,
I just rooted my WFS and installed Cyanogenmod 10.1
it looks smooth, but..
all my apps are on my sd card, how do i access them? my phone cant see them?

The safest thing would be to get a new card (min 16GB) and format it like this:
Partition 1 2GB EXT4, Partition 2 Fat32 12GB, Partition3 Linux Swap 2GB.
With the card in the phone, install one of the Apps2SD apps, then reinstall the apps and link them to SD card. (This moves the app to the SD card and sets yp a Symlink sp Android can still find it.).
AS the phone is very limited in memory, you may also want INT2EXT4+ from here: Dev-Host - CronMod-INT2EXT4+_signed.zip - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service
this makes the 2GB EXT4 partition on the SD card appear as part of the phone's internal memory. (CM10.1 probably won't have this as standard)

Thanks Davidi,
As i'm new to Andoid and smart phones (prior to 19th January had an old Nokia very unsmart phone) didn't get that i had to install Gapps as well. i have done all the above with link2sd and now a happy bunny with my phone, its memory and life in general. i find now i have a smart phone i'll leave it on the table in the pub to show it off with pride rather than hide my Nokia in my pocket in shame....
