Android app will always have apps that won't work.

Also, if you install this make sure you know that power + home key pressed will reset your TP, b/c you'll need to do that. The only way to exit Chomper is to reboot.

I don't think it's really a question. This is a nice proof of concept but it's buggy and laggy and is beholden to all of the problems that HP has/might have in their kernel/OS, as well as any problems Android has in its code, as well as any problems that come from trying to run this virtual environment.

All of that stacks up to a lot of variables that aren't easily controlled.
