CyanogenMod or Froyo 2.2?

I don't know what direction to take my friends. Believe it or not I'm still on the following:

Firmware: 2.1 - update1
Baseband: 1.39.00.05.31
Software Num. 1.32.651.6
PRI Ver: 1.40_003
PRL Ver: 60667

I'm only rooted with Unrevoked to get the wireless tether. Should I go with CyanogenMod or update all the way to Froyo 2.2? Decision....decisions.

you could always get a rooted stock 2.2 rom


the question is do you want to go fully rooted or not?

Stay rooted. 2.2 will probably be rooted by morning. Wish I would have done the same.

Eventually, I would like to go full root. It's nice to have wifi tether. I rarely use it, but it's nice to know that it's there should I find myself in need of it. Then again, it wouldn't be the end of the world for me if I lost it. It would be great if Froyo 2.2 got rooted soon!

AOSP pawns Sense! Anywho if you live in a 4G area I would go with a rooted Froyo update. if not Cyanogenmod6 all the way.

I say it gets rooted no later than tomorrow night.
