CyanogenMod ota

Nope AFAIK. The CM OTA servers were shut down. Think you need to be looking at Lineage OS now, which I believe continues where CM finished.

The thing is LineageOs hangs on my phone, whereas CM13 worked like a charm. I don't have the latest version of CM13 , and was wondering if it is still available somewhere...

Cyanogen's own servers are gone, shut down last December. Only thing you can probably try is searching for it, which brings things like this..."unofficial" CM13 for this phone.

Sites like XDA would be worth looking at as well. Someone might have mirrored or upload it to Rapidshare or Mega.nz or something. Even someone reading this thread might still have the file.
