Root cyanogenmod stuck on my screen

So i want to install new rom using this toturial
and cyanogenmod logo stuck on my screen.
I alredy go back to recovery menu but i cant, cyanogenmod show again.
After reserching i found this video
ok so i remove sd and sim card and start phone again and its work. but if i put sim and sd card back in its cyanogenmod stuck on screen again.
I dicide to go to recovery menu (with out sim and sd card - it is only way to go there ) but its not like recovery menu used to be. now it is cyanogenmod recovery menu and there is no restore and back up i want to get my old rom back again.
i dont know what i should do ? pls help me
 
What is your phone model, Android version and carrier? If you can still get into download mode you should be able to flash the stock firmware for your phone using Odin if a Samsung device.

samsung galaxy s iii gt-i9305
4.4.4 now it is 6.0.1(but there is no google play and sim card is not found )
 
Download mode is holding volume down + home+ power buttons then volume up. If you previous rom was stock then I can help you find it at Sammobile and a tutorial on how to use Odin.
 
From what I've read there is not a 100% stable 6.0 rom for S3's yet. My Att s3 that I have for a backup phone I'm using SlimLp 5.1 and no glitches.
