Help D2 randomly turns on

D2 - October 2010 purchase -- started about a week ago just going from sleep mode (dark screen) to active screen. No incoming emails or messages or calendars or all. Tried shutting down some services in case but problem still continues. I can turn phone off -- let is sit - turn back on and problem seems to go away. But does come back and no specific use case drives causes the issue. Any ideas would be of help.. thank you
