Root D2G "ezSBF" & Root 2.3.4/4.5.629 with magic md5

and phone needs to be booted in normal os
not bootloader till program say to reboot to bootloader
 
alright now it says
phone should reboot, and then continue with the rooting process
--waiting for device--
nbut my phone is just on bootloader screen
 
now it says rebooting phone again to continue with process.. and its back on bootloader screen. i did all the steps right and it is here
 
thank you. this thread, the basics of our convo, could really be broken down to a step by step guide that reaqly really helps. so after it reboots do i need to install a rootchecker? or what do i do.
 
wait.. all i want to do is to make it faster by removing system apps.. and i guess somehow getting it to have longer battery life.. what should i do for that?
what is overclocking cpu..
what apps do i need ? money is not a problem.
 
really just install Droid 2 Recovery Bootstrap
Tap on Droid 2 Bootstrap app
Tap on Bootstrap Recovery,
When you see superuser popup (allow/deny), select allow
Tap on OK when you see popup that says Success

if you get superuser popup, you are rooted

if you are going to remove apps, you will want a nandroid backup
also should get Titanium Backup pro
 so you can freeze apps, not remove
