Has anyone had an issue with being stuck at the boot animation? I saw the OP says it might take 10-15 minutes but it's been on the animation screen for at least 25-30 minutes....

He Screenshot_2015-09-09-19-37-47.png Screenshot_1970-01-07-11-17-55.png re's the screenschots from the recovery log. After formatting to f2fs, I can't mount /data while in recovery. But it works fine when it boots the os. My problem is I can't backup or restore. I'm using TWRP 2.8.7.0

Hey bro at least you tried and you'll get some good luck cooking back to you at some point as much as you help people out. Karma is one of the few true certainties in life, hell it's physics...that's why it is a joy seeing someone be an asshole, cuz you know at some point they will get it back good and dirty keep up the good work
 
A question for the community:

I first want to say that I'll never ask you, end users, for any money as I do this as a hobby.
My work was, is, and always will be for FREE.

With that clarified, I'll get to the point. Since I've been dipping my toes into this development thing for some time now, and I never asked anyone for money for my hard work, and I sure won't ever do that as it is below me to do such a thing, so I thought, well, I might as well somehow monetize this with other methods. Donation method isn't a viable solution, because many of us are students and are struggling with finances as is.

So I came up with a solution to use link shortener, which will display a certain ad for a five seconds, after which you can proceed to my Google drive folder from where you can download. With every your click, I get $0.0002. It doesn't cost you anything, and I get some revenue. I peronally think it's a fair trade-off. Here's an example link I made for Carbon ROM for you to test out this system.

I want your opinion as a community as whether I should use this or not. This is just a test, and certainly isn't a must, just a suggestion of mine, you might say. I won't earn much anyway, but at least we can give it a shot.

In August i added for experiment ads to vasy.ru. And I got $0.5 in August. :) I will look in september and i think i will remove ads. Need 20 years to get $100 from AdSense. I think i can more expensive sale L70 in museum after 20 years. :D

That would be totally OK with me, No matter how small the earnings, it will someday contribute to a better good. And by the way did you try Postr its a totally awesome app. My brother got around 30 NZD in less than a year.

Bro you have earned it and in all honesty your work is worth way more than those ads can justify. I would gladly pay for any of it as donation but it would be a lil while cuz I'm like financially impaired temporarily from taking a much needed year long break from being booked with gigs almost every night.. But the next band I put together will be open to promoting cool shit and being promoted..you'd be amazed how much an add at an even like a big concert will bring in just to swing a name where people can see it...but jeez I didn't know that kinda ad was so little $ lol damn you could buy a phone in 50 yrs [emoji23] personally I think you should accept donations also, just if people want to support you not charging for extra features, most people would gladly donate outta gratitude

I wish I could say I was a student but hell I didn't graduate high school Lmao..academy of arts university is offering to fully fund every bit of the grants and everything else for degrees in music/motion picture producing, recording, engineering,etc..because of my experience and abilities, plus I blew their minds during a long interview being all self taught basically... But actually I am a student and you guys have been awesome teachers.. Now having difficulty deciding on the music or going all out nerd heaven lol thanks to all you guys especially Da Rom Wizard [emoji6] [emoji3]
