Root [d320n d325 ms323][6.0.1] NamelessROM 3.0 UNOFFICIAL

I'm sorry to say, but the repair for my laptop is very expensive (around 150 euros), so I'm just gonna save up some money and buy a proper desktop PC. And that's gonna take some time, so all my progress is now halted. This doesn't mean I gave up on Android and L70, it's only that I have no device to build on right now. I hope to see you guys soon with new releases ;)

This ROM gaves me error at installation: "System partition has unexpected contents after OTA Update".
I also got this error with Official CM13, but UNOFFICIAL CM13 works without a problem.
I'm using TWRP 2.8.7.0.

After repartition I did:
- Advanced Wipe (Format System, Data, Internal Storage, Cache, Dalvik) - everything except External SD
- Tried to Enable/Disable MTP at "Mount" in TWRP
- Tried to copy ZIP file using ADB, instead of classical way (Mass Storage & MTP)
- Tried to Reboot phone again into Recovery

I noticed that after getting this error my System partition is unchanged (used only 13MB of 865MB, as it was just after formatting).

HI
REQUEST:FOR MAKING SYSTEMLESS ROOT FOR LG L70 D325 CM 13

I know the CM 13 rom is pre rooted...but some apps like xmod games any many othes does not work properly with this type of root permission...they want permission from SuperSU....so please kindly help....all the LG L70 USERS WILL BE GLAD IF YOU KINDLY HELP US..

You just saved my cellphone with this rom, man! The only MM custom rom where the "next" button on the welcome screen is NOT on the lower portion of the screen, where my touch doesn't work. THANK YOU FOR THIS! It solved all my problems :')

And, WOW, camera and flash working on D325f8! Even videos! Only small bug is some smudges appearing on the video itself, but that's somewhat minor.

Only thing I've yet to test is Viper4Android. If it works, I'll keep using this forever. Thank you SO MUCH, for this.

EDIT:

V4a is finally updated (Supports MM!) Didn't tried it yet myself, but here it is:
http://vipersaudio.com/swupdate/viper4android/download.html

Just installed it. And it... works... perfectly. I can't even express how happy I am. I had to freeze the system app "AudioFX" and install Busybox first, but in the end it all went perfectly.

Nameless always be one of my fav rom, but the last build i've tried never success to finish setup wizard...FC from the beginning of setup wizard. Big hope n pray that you can get new PC as soon as possible @zlaja84

tried many times, didn't work and the setup wizard still FC

I never could complete the setup wizard in the latest build too and I solved it by doing this:

1. Wipe System, Cache, Dalvik and Data;
2. Install the initial release (NOT the latest build);
3. Now you'll be able to get past the setup wizard;
4. After you're certain that everything's working fine, flash the latest build zip without wiping anything at all, then reboot your phone;
5. Success! Your rom will be updated just fine and you'll be able to use it.

Nameless Rom is also my favourite rom so far. I really hope we may enjoy it some more in the near future. Nameless 2.1 is the only rom I've tested that has a truly rotating home screen. This way I might use my phone with a horizontal view all the time, especially while driving a car.

I installed only the initial release (without gapps) - phone started very well and fast. I rebooted in Recovery, installed gapps - phone stuck again in "setup wizard has stopped"... please help

Looks like voshchronos has made it work - maybe he can offer some advice :)

I think it may have something to do with gapps version you used.

I used the recommended version of gapps (pico) but still no luck...
finally I managed to install CM 13 with pico version of gapps from OpenGAPPS... same gapps from this release if I'm not wrong...

Upgrade to the previous version (with gapps), and everything will be fine.

Oops, I forgot to add that you have to install gapps (pico) right after you flash the initial release. That's how I did it: first, wipe everything as usual before installing a rom. Then, flash the initial realease, then flash gapps (without rebooting). Then, reboot and see if it works. If it does, then you boot into recovery and finally flash the latest release, no need to re-flash gapps. This is how I got it to work.

That's how I did it... but it didn't worked... it's my wife phone and didn't had time to play with it ("come on.. it's not working yet?") :)) managed to install CM13 and now it's working... even she's not completely satisfied with it...

..maybe your wife doesn't like the stock CM13 theme? :D
When my wife is not satisfied with a phone, it's usually because of the the look :D

Hey a little off topic here, but does anyone think that older versions of lollipop ROMs are faster better battery. I'm running nameless 2.1 7/07/2015 it is much faster and more stable than the last 2.1 and some other roms

I was also using Nameless 2.1 (some November nightly) and it was smooth as expected :)
Although, I must admit I experience some great battery life with CM13 ! 2 days without charging, usually.

CM13 is still in the works, so lets hope it can beat Nameless 2.1 soon ..or..Zlaja84 might still get a new laptop in the near future and cook some beautiful Nameless 3 cake.. :D

Which Nameless ROM are you on? 3.0 nightlies are far from being stable, whereas 2.1 is pretty solid but ended on 2015-11-07.
I've been using 2.1 for a long time and haven't experienced such problems. However, if the issue is related to brightness control, you can download a free app from Google Play Store that's called LUX Lite. After installing it, you are not only to able to control brightness but it can also revive your CM brightness slider, as it happened to me once.
