I use my Daily Brief app all the time. Great little app that lets me quickly see the weather, news, and calender. Yesterday It just quit working. Does anyone know why or how I can get it to start working again?

Having just upgraded to the latest OS versionvia Kies: now Firmware 2.3.3, Build No. Gingerbread.XWJVN, two things seem to be happening.
1. The Daily Brief app seems to have disappeared from the market completely, I can't find it anywhere. his was a great 4-in-one app that I used to keep track of my shares as wel as al the stuff listed above like a great multi-city weather forecasting service.
Does anybody know how to get Daily Brief back?
2. The OS upgrade seems to churn through battery life, to the point where it doesn't last one day - advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.
