Help Damage?

So my phone took a hit that warped the case a bit. Everything seems to work, but whenever I am using data, 3g or WiFi, I can literally watch the percentages drop on my battery. I can drain 10-20% in 10 minutes just checking Facebook and Twitter. Any ideas?

I am currently running harmonia and am rooted with S-on (didn't want to take a chance of bricking my phone since this is my primary phone).
 
I did a factory reset and reflashed the Rom a few days ago (after the incident). The battery drain is minimal except when I am activity using the phone while connected to the internet (either 3g or WiFi).
 
Either something is shorting out inside the phone, or you damaged the battery. The connections inside a li-ion battery are very fragile.

Easiest route is like previously advised, try a new battery. I would say just get an Anker from Ebay from them directly, seller ID is "AnkerDirect". I know for a fact that is them and not a reseller. Their batteries are warrantied for 18 months and run about the same price as others, plus you get a bit more juice.

If that doesn't fix it and your phone is less than a year old then talk to VM customer service about getting a replacement.
 
Getting a replacement battery directly from VM. Not sure if they'll replace the phone as there is physical damage and I don't have the phone insurance.
 
You can get a replacement no matter what, I had a evo v with a cracked screen and water damage and they sent a replacement same day.
 
Dejmeister, did you have the phone insurance or anything? I got the new battery and it works better, but still not up to snuff.
