Hi .. i'm LG G4 and backed up my data in SD card , i removed the SD card from the phone and i reset the phone ( factory reset ) i put the SD card back in order to restore the all my data . unfortunately the backup file is damaged . it's showing but can't be restored . is there any solution for such a problem.
