damaged sd card recovery

[Android Question]

My phone (Galaxy s3) said this morning that my sd card is blank and unable to mount. when i try to connect to a pc it does not detect it at all. is there anything at all i can do to get my data back? its very important... also i dont understand any technical language so it need to be in simple instructions please...
