'Damaged SD card'

I have formatted my sd card like i was told to... I put it into my phone it worked for about 30 seconds and then told me it was damaged and wont do anything just like it did before i formatted it? Anyone help?? <3

You could try formatting it in the phone. Sometimes formatting a card in a PC card reader doesn't sit well with the phone's file system. If you let us know exactly which phone and the version of Android you're using, we can give you specific instructions.
