Help Damaged Sd Card

Please help me!!!! My Sd Card is Sandisk. My phone Is Samsung Galaxy Pocket..It says that my Sd card is damaged.Do I need to buy new one or is there another way?!

i think your SD card is damaged and you need to buy another SD card

i've been facing the same problem but with mine when i move files or data(anything) from internal memory to external sd card,the data becomes corrupt.i've changed sd cards about 4 times but problem still persists
