I have samsung Galaxy j7 prime. Its Browsing freezes in 4G after using 5-10 minutes.
A month ago i bought this mobile and it was working fine in every way.Almost 10 days ago i update my mobile software and after updating its browsing freeze in 4G.after its browsing freezed,i have to restart my mobile,swithing off sim then on,turn its option from Lte/3G/2G/autoconnect to any other option in network connection setting or by turning on&off data connection.After applying this option its 4G browsing start for a minute then its freeze and again i have to scroll those option to restore my browsing.its Browsing fine in 3G all time.
I have change my sim slots,place other sim in my mobile and same issue happen.My sim on any other mobile working fine in 4G.It shows no issue from service provider.
I also reset my phone,formate cache partitions in recovery mode.All mobiles apps are up to date i.e play store&Galaxy app store.
Any one can tell me the solution of this or tell me the issue??
