Help Data connections keeps dropping after upgrade to 4.0.4

I have a Galaxy S2 and it's been working great. However, a couple of days ago I updated the firmware to 4.0.4 and now my data connection keeps dropping out intermittently. E.g. I'll go to use the internet browser, point it to Google but it times out with an error, or pops up a dialogue window saying "No Connection". Usually after a couple more attempts it comes back to life. I didn't have this problem before 4.0.4.

I think there's been similar problems on the Nexus after doing some surfing. Have any other Galaxy users experienced this kind of problem on 4.0.4 and is there a fix?

I have the Galaxy S3 and also started having this issue after updating. I'll be looking something up online and suddenly it cuts out and tells me I have no internet connection, even though I have full bars. I'm gonna head into sprint this afternoon to see if they can do anything about it...
