data connectivity for one website only

My galaxy note with at&t started to have an issue where it will not load factpile.com. I've never had an issue with it before and ive had this phone since march. Ive deleted apps, reset all internet options, restarted the phone, removed the sim card and nothing seems to work. All other sites seem to work. Any suggestions?

When I try to connect to it from the desktop, I am getting

Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error.
The webpage might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

It's not a problem with your device. It's the website.

oh thanks, i was afraid this was a sign my phone had received the patch virus thats made by service providers designed to start messing up your phone so you have to go back buy a new phone and renew your cotract. Good day, sir!

Even if there was such an intrusion, on a non-rooted device a factory reset would clear that right up for you.
