Was looking through my phone, specifically various data sources and cache files to see what might be bloating up my memory and what might be safely cleared (or cleared with the understanding of the consequences). For example, FB data tends to really really bloat up from around 5mb to sometimes 15mb...so I'll clear the data on that knowing that everything that I've looked at, including my sign in information, is wiped. It just repropagates when I sign back in so I don't miss anything.
I was wondering what the following services/apps with "data" portions
do and what happens if the data is cleared?? If you are running Titanium, the "legend" shows most of these in green or red to indicate them as a System App or System Service:
Dialer Storage 2.3.3
Gogole Services Framework 2.3.3
SMS/MMS/APN Dialer Storage 2.3.3
Contacts/Calls Contacts Storage 2.3.3
There are others but these had the most "data" stored. Some of the names above seem self-explanatory but I'm sure they do more than just the names suggest...
THANKS!!
