on my S4 mini (android 4.2.2) i had these data usage indicators in de notification area (green or orange up/down arrows that blinked when using 3/4G data). Also the area showed whether using Edge (E) or Hsdpa (H) data speeds. Both very usefull
After flashing the latest LineageOS rom (android 7.1 nougat) i don't see these icons anymore.
How come?
