Data Log/Use App??

Greets! I know, I know, bad karma with a problem like this as a newbie...but, not for me, for my wife!

I've done some lurking, and more searching - my problem is I'm not sure what to call what I'm looking for.

My wife and I both picked up Incredible phones a couple weeks ago. We both got the low-use data plan from V for the time being.

I've used little data at this time (billing is first of the month), but her use is about three times what I have, and we can't figure out what it is.

Now, my wife has added a couple of games, and is playing them frequently.

Is there an app that can be loaded to monitor (and report) what apps or other system functions are using data? I'm thinking almost like a data logger type of app or widget.

More than likely your wife's game(s) are running adware. You might want to see if there's a paid version for the games she really likes. These usually have the adware disables.

Although I haven't used it (I have an unlimited data plan) you could try Data Monitor on the market (free). Here's the link via AppBrain. If that doesn't suit your needs, check out the related apps on the right-hand side of the screen.
