Help Data loss and photo corruption

Hi All,

Two issues which may be related:

1. I connect my phone to my PC and copy mp3 files to the phone's sd card. But then immediately when it's done it's all gone again! The files just don't stay there.

2. Taking photos, lots of them age getting corrupted.

Any clues? Could this be a quality issue with the SD card?? Admittedly i got 32gb for only $50. Could it be as simple as that ?

This point would lead me to believe it's a poor quality SD card. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

Have you tried using the 4GB card that comes with the phone? If this works fine, then definitely SD card.

Are you rooted?

There is a known issue with A2SD+ that caused the symptoms you describe. I think it's fixed on most ROMs, but it's worth asking the question.

But, TBH, it's probably the cheapo (aka 'Fake' ) 32GB card as has already been suggested.
