I have a new Samsung J5 (2016).
Can anyone explain to me (like I'm a 5th-grader) what to do with the data management programs auto-installed on the mobile.
I seem to have 2 programs/apps: "Ultra Data Saving" and "Opera Max."
Are these complementary programs, or competing programs?
Do I use one only, or both together, or none?
What are the best settings to use for each?
What apps/services are most likely to be draining extra data in the background?
It looks like I can go to individual apps and restrict/unrestrict background data. Is that a better way to control data management? And, which apps would I want to restrict/unrestrict?
So many questions, so confused...
