After several gps tracker installation and uninstallation, noted that the data network turn on by itself. How to fix this problem?

Hi riebeklis, and welcome to Android Forums :)

I'm afraid we'll need a bit more information in order to assist you. What is the make/model of the Android device? What version of Android is it running? And what GPS trackers did you try out?

The phone is LG Optimus L5 (E610), android version 4.1.2.
Names of GPS trackers will give you a little bit later.

How have you turned off the mobile data? Are you using Airplane Mode, or turning it off under Settings > Data Usage > Mobile Data (on/off)?

Here is the list of used GPs trackers:
- Real Time GPS Tracker
- GPS Record
- GPS sekošanas
- Cell tracker
- Gps Tracker and additional app Valdes Helper.

I'm not 100% sure that these exact steps will work on your device, but it's probably worth a try...

Safe Mode temporarily disables all third-party applications, which can be helpful for diagnosing an intermittent issue like yours. If the problem persists, you can know that it's a system-related issue; if not, an app is doing something funny.

Turn on and use safe mode
Safe mode allows you to turn on the device with third-party apps disabled. Then you can easily remove all apps that may be causing a conflict or software problem.

To turn on safe mode and use it to fix app problems, follow these steps:

From any screen, press and hold the Power key.
• Touch and hold Power off.
• Review the 'Reboot to safe mode' screen, and then tap OK.
Note: The device will restart and 'Safe mode' appears in the lower-left corner.
• Uninstall any third-party apps that gave you problems.

Turn off safe mode
To turn off safe mode, follow these steps:

• From any screen, press and hold the Power key.
• Tap Power off and restart.
• Tap OK.
