Data Not Available While on Call?

Did I set something up on the phone that prevents it from having data compatibility while on a call? I feel like I just went back several phones except the phone is smart enough to tell me I don't have data now. Is there something I can do to get it back?

I am seeing the same pop up when a call comes in and I notice that the phones data connection drops to 1x.
You would think with such an advanced phone this would not be an issue. I am hoping it gets addressed in a future update.

Nope. I'm on Verizon. This wasn't an issue with the S5. I also just met a guy at a local BBQ place that is having the same problem and he too is on Verizon.

He did jolt my memory though. A few days after getting it, I activated the enhanced HD calling. I don't like the fact that HD removed my caller ID so I declined it and turned it off. The guy at the BBQ place hadn't turned his on though and was having the same problem.

You can't do voice and data at the same time on the S6 unless you are using advanced calling.

Still not working so I stopped by a Verizon store. The associate inside stated that data while on any call is not supported at this time. There is supposed to be a fix in the next update fro Samsung. He wasn't sure if it was just Verizon phones or all S6's. Hope they hurry because it's a gigantic PITA.
