Help Data Recover

I have one question that im unsure of, but I think its possible. I don't know.

Is it possible to recover data from apps - i.e a game app and your on level 36 or something. After you wipe data can you recover that data?

If you backup the app with TiBu, it backs up your progress as well.
But if you've already wiped data, theres no recovery except possibly in a past nand backup

Well I do backup before flashing.
So if I backup the app with TiBu it backup my progress?

yes u can recovered all ur data if u backed ur apps up with titanium back up ,so before u wipe any data backed them up
