I have an HTC Desire C. When I am out of WiFi range, data roaming won't work, although I have turned it on in Settings. Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! :)

Data roaming (as far as I am aware) refers to using data when abroad... you actually need to turn on mobile data (3G/4G) when not connected to WIFI, which is not the same thingas data roaming :)
