Help Data Roaming on while not abroad

[Android Question]

Hey,
I did a factory reset on my phone (Galaxy s3) and now my phone is constantly on Data Roaming even though I'm not abroad and I have unchecked the Data Roaming box in the Mobile Networks.
Also my Mobile Data doesn't work either.

Any chance some one happens to know what can I do?
Thanks!

You probably need to change the APN settings in your device. These are provider specific so you need to find those first. Google search should help you find those. Once you have them, this is how to edit them http://apn-settings.com/apn-settings-galaxy-s3/
