Help Data Service dropping out repeatively

Hi All

I randomly get this message every I dont know 15-20mins on my phone... It happens less when Im not on wifi but still happens...

Attention:
Data connection has failed, because data service is disabled. Enable now?

1. What does it mean?
2. How do I fix it?

Phone type? Carrier? Do you have a data plan? Is 3g turned on?

Vodafone 845, Vodafone, Um no but Vodafone has a data plan as default (although crap lol), Yes 3g is turned on.

so you do have a data plan? try toggling airplane mode on then off, toggle 3g off and on. restart phone and pull the battery out while off(soft reset). after that i would call your carrier and see if they can help you troubleshoot a little more specifically, last resort is hard reset (erases phone)

what phone do you have? vodafone doesnt make phones do they?
