data system increasing nonstop... help!!

hey... so i had problems with my internal memory always being full then i did i hard resert the data system was huge taking almost all the internal storage but after reseting it decreased to avery little amount and everything was fine then i noticed it increasing daily alot and im afraid my problems will soon be back and i dont like hard reseting ofcaurse
i have samsung mini running froyo 2.2.1

Do you move apps to card? Get an app like SDmove, appcombine or go in settings > manage apps & move them to card (but not anything that has a widget).

There are also cache cleaning apps on the play store.

i remove all my apps to sd unless the once that cant be moved like launcher and playstore app and i always clear my cache
i just cant figure out what is this system data that start little then increase wildly :c
